The food was hot, fresh off the cooktop, and deep with flavor. Lisa was an amazing host and her energy was infectious. Coming from a non-Chinese background I felt this is what a home cooked meal should taste and feel like.

The food was great, and the service was excellent! Lisa was super sweet, as were all the staff collecting our orders and bringing out the food. The ambiance was nice as well. We felt right at home. Also a great price too!

Prior to writing this review, I had no had Dim Sum in a very, very, very, very long time. Like I'm talking about years... dating back to pre-COVID. So I was VERY excited to go get Dim Sum for the first time in a very long time. Coming to this restaurant, the waitstaff and service was good, they were friendly and they spoke in a good tone. The ambiance and seating is very simple as well. Let's get to the real talk. The food. We got the following itmes: Har Gao (Steamed Shrimp Dumpling) Shu Mai (Steamed Shrimp and Pork Dumpling) Pan Fried Turnip Cake Deep Fried Taro Puff w/Meat Red Bean Sesame Balls Pan Fried Stuffed Bell Pepper All of these items tasted very good and were delicious! I highly recommend all of these for you to try on your next visit.

We tried most of the seafood and tofu options but i honestly don't remember what is what. Everything we ordered was delicious & I would come back again! I wish we had more authentic dim sum options in Nashville! Staff were nice and accommodating to questions we had. We came after lunch so it wasn't busy at all.

Located in the Dun Huang Plaza the restaurant is not very large and the chairs are kind of cramped. Came on a Friday afternoon with my dad for a quick snack around 1 pm and the restaurant was pretty empty. We ordered ha gao, shrimp rice rolls, and chicken feet. The food came out hot. The two waiter there was attentive but never came back to top off our water throughout our meal. Food overall was pretty decent.

I was thinking for about a week of where to go for Dim Sum. There are many places that offer it around the city. But one restaurant had me curious to try: HK Dim Sum. I would often overlook it since it is in a very busy plaza and was lucky dine in during a slower time in the day. I went with what I would typically order on a menu. The fried taro puffs, Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce, har gow, siu mai, custard buns and egg tarts. My cousin added on the steam shrimp rice noodle as well. Of course I had to get some Jasmine green tea too. Very flavorful all around and I was very lucky to have ordered the last egg tarts for the day. I was please with everything but definitely remembered my lesson to not over order. I am ashamed to find out I was always walking past HK Dim Sum when it is a solid choice and just enough seats all around not to feel too crowded. I will definitely keep HK Dim Sum on my mind if I am in a search for this cuisine. The staff were nice as well and prices are reasonable too.

Convenient place to grab dim sum on the go. This area tends to be crowded, so I suggested ordering ahead. I highly recommend the shrimp rolls and any of the desserts. I also enjoy their shrimp fried rice. Staff is kind and the menu comes with photos which is extremely helpful!

Nice place. Of course quality is expected considering the shopping plaza it's located in. Very small but clean and inviting atmosphere. We had various dumplings and noodles... There wasn't anything I ate that I did not enjoy. The service was quick and friendly as well. They were happily singing and whistling along to the music on the loudspeaker - which made me feel they enjoyed working here

I think this is a great option for late night dim sum. Very affordable. The fried rice was great, preffered the pork shumai over the shrimp. I thought the bbq pork buns were actually really good. Regular pork dumplings were standouts. Sesame balls were pretty good. The crystal shrimp were decent and worth getting if people like those. The chili oil here is stellar. Would probably still go else where for dim sum during the lunch time but was a good option for dinner.
